Suresh Prabhakar Prabhu is an Indian politician and currently serving as the Minister of Commerce & Industry and Civil Aviation. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI). He currently represents Andhra Pradesh in the Rajya Sabha. He is also a part of the Hon. Board of Advisors of IIMUN.

Mr. Matsumoto joined the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund (OECF) in 1990. In 1996, he was appointed as Representative at Bangkok office and in 2008, as Deputy Chief Representative at Malaysia office. He worked primarily on Japanese ODA loans to Mekong region countries and South Asia. In June 2018, he was appointed as a chief representative in JICA India. He was responsible for several of the largest Japanese ODA projects, such as the Greater Mekong Subregion: East-West Corridor Project and railway projects, such as the Bangkok Metro and the Bosphorus Rail Tube Crossing Project in Turkey. In India, Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor and Chennai Bengaluru Industrial Corridor as well as ODA projects are under his responsibility. He graduated in 1990 with B.A. in Law from Hitotsubashi University and in 1995 with an M.A. in International Affairs from Columbia

Mr. Dip Kishore Sen is Whole Time Director and Senior Executive Vice President (Infrastructure), Larsen & Toubro. He holds additional responsibilities as Chairman on the boards of L&T Infrastructure Engineering Company and L&T Oman LLC and is also a member on the board of L&T Qatar LLC.
Mr. Sen started his tenure at L&T in 1989 as Sr. Manager (Civil & Structural Design) in EDRC Kolkata and has subsequently headed various portfolios like Head (Civil & Structural Design) EDRC Kolkata, Project Manager - Safal F&V Market Project, Bangalore, SPM (B&F) Kolkata Region, Regional Manager – Mumbai, Project Director Mumbai International Airport & Head - Transportation Infrastructure. His uniqueness is in his versatility of having worked across domains like Design & Engineering, Business Development, Tendering and hardcore construction.
Mr. Sen took over as Senior Vice President and Head - Transport Infrastructure in 2011 to spearhead the organization’s efforts in the realms of roads, highways, elevated corridors and railways. Under his leadership, the business completed several projects including India’s longest road project, the Bewar Pali Pindwara Road project and a host of other significant road projects both in India and the Gulf. L&T Transport Infrastructure has established its dominance in the domestic roads sector by securing major projects like the Delhi Agra, Unnao Lucknow Expressway, etc.
Under his leadership, several major breakthroughs were achieved in the Railways sector by securing the CTP 1 & 2 & EMP 4 packages of the Dedicated Freight Corridor.
Dr. Anoop Kumar Mittal joined NBCC on March 1, 1985 and subsequently succeeded as the Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) on April 1, 2013. Before taking over the charge of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Dr. Mittal was Director (Projects) since December 5, 2011. Dr. Mittal holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, now a Deemed University. He has been conferred "Doctor of Philosophy"(Honoris Causa) by the Chancellor, Singhania University, Rajasthan, by virtue of his attaining eminence in the field of Civil & Construction Engineering. Doctorate was bestowed upon him in the Annual Convocation held in November, 2013. His knowledge and expertise in the field is manifested by many landmark projects he has undertaken and successfully executed. As CMD, Dr. Mittal oversees policy and strategic decision making of NBCC.
